Damani & Jay installed a garbage disposal (new install). They were friendly, explained in lay terms what needed to be done, showed me it's features - it's a batch disposal instead of continuous feed. We just bought a house and needed a professional to check out a potential bathtub leak identified during our inspection. The Bison team was helpful and friendly across the board! The plumbers reviewed the inspection report and checked the area thoroughly before identifying the likely issue and explaining next steps. Bison was great. We called and were scheduled the next afternoon. They texted when they were on the way with the name and photo of the technician. Tyler was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. (I can't recall the secondary tech's name but he was great too.) Tyler solved our flooding drain, answered all of my questions, and gave information and tips about the issue for the future. We were very happy and will be calling Bison next time we have an issue.

Just had Chris and Derek come out to snake my sewer line and then do a camera inspection. I can’t say enough good things about them and Bison Plumbing. They were very clean and efficient. They took proper care to put down fabric to protect my floors while they brought in their machinery and also had on booties the entire time. They then showed me what my line looks like after the snaking and recommended next steps.

Have used this company before we have had many issues with our main drain due to the tree in our backyard! Although it is beautiful it’s caused repeated plumbing issues but these guys are always to the rescue 🛟 especially at a good price & swift time! I really appreciate it. We couldn’t use the shower or dishwasher until it was fixed! Second time we have used them and we will definitely be using them a third time. Thank you!!!

Unbelievably friendly from the office staff to the men who came to my home. I could not express how pleased I am with the service I received. With 15 mins they arrived and within 30-40 mins they were done with snaking my main and showing me a camera walkthrough of my pipes. Couldn’t be happier with the service, price, and care. They will be our homes forever plumbers.

Rick A. and his crew showed up early to start on the job, answered any questions i had, treated my home with respect and kept everything as clean as possible. the final result is impressive to say the least, and i took this opportunity to add a shower drain for my basement bathroom which they quoted an awesome price to do. At the end they scoped the rest of my sewer line to check for any other potential issues, and reassured me they would be ready to help again if any other problems arose.

Today, I had BISON PLUMBING come back to replace my toilet, and to snake out the drain line in the bathroom. Damani did a fantastic job and after he was done, he cleaned up and made everything look better than before. Damani was very professional and I am happy to have him back to work on our house in the future. Kudos to Bison Plumbing for hiring such experienced and professional staff. The only thing I forgot was to ask for my military discount.

Watched these guys dig outside of the house I was working at the fix drain tiles. Years of negative grading with neighbors' property higher and their gutters draining along the house I was working eventually caused a huge cavern (whole) washing dirt away from the lower home. These guys 1. professional. 2. kind. 3. did a great job. They had to remove the fence (and put it back!) and reseeded the area. I am a contractor and I was impressed. I would hire them!

Joe and Dan helped me fixing the leak in a timely manner. And I am happy!!! It is done in a quick and They locate the leak place using a sonic tool accurately then open a hole to do the work.and they manage to do it in a pretty small scope and get the job done!!!
